Sometimes the best gifts for our loved ones and our caretakers can be simple expressions of gratitude that remind them of how appreciated they are. Maintaining Mindfulness

As we begin the process of ending one year and looking forward to a new one, it is important to maintain mindfulness in regards to your health. Mindfulness can take the form of maintaining consistent routines in taking your blood pressure as well as remaining in contact with you Care Coordinator to detect changes in your health early. It can also look like portion control and choosing low sodium versions of your favorite holiday dishes.
