SUPPORT THE DREAM TEAMWe have started our fundraising efforts for the 2024 National Kidney Foundation 5k Kidney Walk! This will be our 7th year walking with the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) to raise awareness for kidney disease, a cause close to our hearts. Join us in either walking in person or contributing to our fundraising efforts. The walk will be held on May 19, 2024 at Riverside Park. All funds raised will go directly to the National Kidney Foundation and their efforts to aid in the fight against kidney disease. All funds raised from these activities will be given directly to the National Kidney Foundation to support their efforts in raising awareness for kidney disease, offering support and education, and making policy changes for those affected by kidney disease. Wind of ChangePinwheels are a beautiful reminder of the cycle of life, love, and the support systems we put in place. Donate $5 for a pinwheel that will be carried with our team during the 5K walk. Come to the office to donate or donate directly to our team on NKF and leave a note "Wind of Change".

Envelope WallEvery little bit helps when it comes to supporting education, community awareness, and support. Both our DialySuites and Jacksonville Nephrology offices will have an envelope wall available for selecting specific donation dollar amount.

Kudos 2 KidneysBe a part of our team and community awareness support troop by wearing some team gear! By purchasing a t-shirt or other piece of apparel from our team shop, you will be contributing to our fundraising goal. Each item sold provides a $5 donation to our team and gets you an item to wear.

Jean DayYou may notice a difference in our team appearance and its all for a great cause! For a $5 donation our team members get to dress down by wearing blue jeans on specifics days leading up to our NKF 5k. Be sure to thank our team members for their support.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING
MOVEMENTYou don't have to go to the gym to add the health benefit of movement to your every day. Our team prepares for the 5k walk with step count challenges and activities leading up to the walk. Adding simple movements to your day can make such a difference. In a few shorts weeks our team has noticed a positive change in their resting heart rate, energy levels, cardio fitness, and weight. COMMUNITYAnnually we come together to support our community by participating in the National Kidney Foundation 5K Walk. It is a time with team, patients, and the community. Throughout the fundraising season we work together to raise awareness of kidney disease with activities, additional social posts, patient involvement, and participation. THE DREAM TEAM
The Dream Team is a group of team members from both DialySuites and Jacksonville Nephrology that join together for the benefit of our patients, community, and families that are affected by kidney diseases.
